Full Bathroom Remodel

Complete replacement of all finishes and fixtures. Walls and floors were retiled using hexagon-shaped tiles with a smooth transition from wall to floor. Installed a new walk-in shower with a curbless floor for seamless water drainage. Added a custom-built shower niche, dual shower heads, a floating vanity, mirror installation, and integrated LED lighting.

Bathroom Remodel

The wall behind the bathtub was opened and rebuilt with full waterproofing using red coating system. The wall was restored and retiled. The bathtub and faucet were replaced. A leak under the toilet was repaired — the entire subfloor and plumbing section were removed, rebuilt, and retiled. Finally, the toilet was reinstalled and finished for a clean, professional look.

Backyard Upgrade

Edge tile replacement, ground leveling and fill, grass installation between concrete slabs, and fence height extension with new concrete blocks.

Kitchen Backsplash Remodel

The old backsplash and part of the wall were removed. The wall cavity was rebuilt with new insulation, and a new wall surface was created. New backsplash tile was installed. Electrical work included relocating an existing outlet and adding new outlets for better convenience.

New Room Addition

A new window opening was cut into the wall. The old window was removed and replaced with a new one. The surrounding wall was closed with new drywall, textured, and finished. On the exterior side, texture and paint were applied to match the house for a clean, seamless look. Additionally, the old flooring was removed and replaced with new vinyl flooring for a modern and durable finish. A new wall was built to create an additional room, expanding the home’s functional space.
